Terms of Use
By downloading or using HomeMood you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What HomeMood is
HomeMood is a personal mood-lighting app for lights already in Apple Home. It does not sell bulbs, hubs, or a lighting service. Estimates of “the right mood” are taste, not a standard.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HomeMood on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Purchases
Optional Premium is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase processed by Apple. Payment, refunds, Family Sharing, and offer codes follow Apple’s App Store rules. Restore purchases from Settings if you reinstall or change devices.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the HomeKit home you control and for using HomeMood lawfully. Lighting hardware, HomeKit, and Matter remain those vendors’ products.

HomeMood is provided “as is”. We are not liable for a lamp that refuses a color, a room that still looks like a waiting room, or a HomeKit permission you declined.
